Your wedding is truly one of the most remembered days of your life and Haven Salon + Spa is committed to making your day as perfect as you had imagined it to be. We provide our brides with a bridal concierge who will assist you throughout the planning process.

Our team will ensure that your special day will be just like you envisioned. From the perfect manicure to the ideal special occasion style, we can accommodate all your beauty needs for your big day. To ensure that Haven Salon + Spa can accommodate your bridal arrangements, it is important that all requests for reservations be confirmed 12-18 weeks prior to your special day.

Trial Bridal Hair & Makeup appointments are highly recommended to guarantee your best look on your special day. Please send images of inspiration for both hair and makeup before your appointment to help create the most beautiful you.

During your time with us on your special day, we will provide an area for you and your bridal party to enjoy any food and beverage you may wish to supply. Let the celebration begin!

BRIDAL SERVICE DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Deposit and scheduling requirements:

• A $200 deposit is due at time of confirming your party’s reservation. This is a non-refundable deposit, however it is applied towards your final invoice.
• We will hold the date for 7 days once requested at which time your initial deposit will be due.
• A credit card will also be required to hold the date.
• 30 days prior to the service date, appointments must be finalized with your wedding coordinator.
• At 30 days, a 50% of your total estimated charges are due.
• The balance of your total estimated charges is due 7 days prior to service date.
• On the day of service, if additional services are added, this amount will be due that day and will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.
• We accept cash, credit card or personal checks.  Credit cards will incur a 3% surcharge on the total due.  If you elect to pay by personal check and it is returned with insufficient funds, a $250 fee plus the amount that was returned will automatically be charged to the credit card on file, including the 3% surcharge.
• Services may not be reduced after the 30 day finalization of appointments.  It is the bride’s responsibility to inform all attendants of cancellation policy and confirmation of times and services if they are paying for their own services (we will accept only one payment, the attendants will have to reimburse the bride directly).
• An automatic 20% gratuity is added to all groups, parties, bridal parties.  You may choose to do more if you wish, please advise your wedding coordinator.
• We do not accept coupons or discounts toward any bridal service.
• Upon receipt of your request for information, our bridal coordinator will reach out to you with further details and assist you in your planning.
• Your service pricing will be finalized 30 days prior to service date, we do not guarantee pricing until that time.
• In the event that you must cancel your appointments the following cancellation scale applies:
  • Less than 30 days prior to the reserved date, your credit card will be charged 100% of all services.
  • From 31-90 days prior to the reserved date, your credit card will be charged for an estimate of 50% of services.
  • From 91 days-the $200 deposit is forfeited.
