Policies
SCHEDULING
Depending on the flexibility of your schedule and to ensure your desired date, we recommend making your reservation two weeks in advance for mid-week appointments and three to four weeks in advance for weekend appointments. When making your reservation, you will be asked to supply a major credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Lateness may cut your services down. If you are over 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
We securely store card details with a third party and nobody at Haven Salon + Spa can access those details. They are only charged in line with our terms. Your personal data is securely stored with stripe.com and complies with current data protection practices.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, out of consideration of other guests and our team members, please do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Same-day cancelations will be charged 50% of total appointment(s) value.
NO SHOW POLICY
Guests who do not call or do not arrive, will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of the appointment(s) value.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
As a courtesy, your appointment is confirmed by the scheduling system, it will send out an email and/or text reminder of your appointment 72 hours prior to your appointment. If we don’t receive a confirmation response, we will call your phone number on file 48 hours before your appointment. If the scheduling system or phone call, is unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and potential cancellation or no-show fees.
UPON ARRIVAL
From the moment you walk through our doors your experience will begin with our signature beverage service. While you wait, sample a retail product or tour our facility. For spa services, we will provide you with a robe. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early for all services.
SPA VALUE
For those looking for a spa day we provide a 10% savings when you experience three select spa services* in one visit. If you are looking to have the same spa treatment on multiple visits the best value is to purchase your treatments in a series of three for a savings of 10%. Any of our spa treatments can be chosen.
THE ULTIMATE GIFT
One service each month for a full year is the ultimate spa gift to give to a loved one and our special membership programs are the perfect solution.
ATTIRE
Dress comfortably. Robes, towels and shower facilities are available at our Muskego location. We suggest that you do not wear jewelry and valuables are left at home as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is recommended during a spa treatment that you remove your street clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred.
HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
Please inform guest services, when making your reservation, if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant, so we can assist you in selecting the most appropriate treatment(s). Treatments for pregnant guests are available.
STANDING APPOINTMENTS
A standing appointment at your preferred Haven Salon + Spa location guarantees that you will enjoy the day, time, designer or therapist of your choice, every time you visit. It is the most consistent way to look and feel your best. To schedule your standing reservation, please call our Guest Service Concierge at our Muskego Location 262.971.2000.
QUIET PLEASE
To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone or pager while visiting our spa.
CHILDREN
This is your day to relax. We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your salon or spa visit unless they are scheduled for a service.
GRATUITIES
Gratuities are not included in our service prices. Eighteen to twenty percent is customary, however this is only a guideline. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payment in the form of cash or credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.
RESULTS
Results may vary and are never guaranteed. We pride ourselves on completing a thorough consultation to agree on expectations of your result and sometimes your look may take some time to achieve. If your hair is dark, but you want it to be lighter, be prepared for the possibility that it may take multiple appointments to achieve the final result.
REFUNDS & GUARANTEES
We want you to love your hair! If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you received from Haven Salon + Spa, we would love the chance to make it right. Please call and schedule any adjustments within 3 days of your original appointment. Any attempts to make these adjustments at home or another salon void the redo and refund policy. If you feel your color is fading at an accelerated rate, you must be using the recommended care products from Haven Salon + Spa in order to receive an adjustment. We cannot guarantee any services when proper at home care is not used. This applies especially to any fashion tone color services. Any adjustments made due to lack of proper maintenance will be charged as a new service. Refunds for services will not be given, except at the discretion of salon management.
EXCHANGES
Unused/Unopened products may be exchanged for new products at equal or less value, within 30 days from purchase date with a valid Haven Salon + Spa receipt. Make-up products are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
