Donations

Haven Salon + Spa believes in giving back to the communities we service. We love to support our community by donating wellness services and product baskets.

Eligibility:

Qualify for a nonprofit status under the Internal Revenue Code.
Benefit the local communities serviced by Haven Salon + Spa.
Demonstrate sound and responsible financial policies and management.
We kindly ask that all athletic donation requests be part of our Muskego community.

All requests must fill out the following form. No phone calls please.

All requests will be evaluated by the Guest Service Concierge Manager. Donations must be submitted 6-8 weeks before event date. Donations are made in the form of Haven Salon + Spa Gift Certificates OR Products. Donations cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanges. Cash sponsorships are not accepted and will be turned down.
