With the news of the safer at home lift yesterday, Haven will be reopening its doors to service your needs on Monday, May 18th. If you had an appointment beginning on May 18th or after, you have nothing further to do. We will be calling to confirm these appointments and you will also receive a 72-hour appointment reminder in advance. If you had an appointment canceled between March 21st – May 16th, we will begin calling those guests today. All calls will be placed in the order of oldest to most recent cancelation date. Please be patient as our team is working very hard to get to everyone.
In eager anticipation of Monday’s reopening, our appointment books are now open for you to book online or by downloading the Haven app. There, you will find open appointment times beginning on May 26th. Over the next one or two days, there will be availability opening up between May 18th and May 25th as we first work to ensure all guests who had previously scheduled appointments are rescheduled.
We are also expanding our hours of operation. To make this change, we have realigned our service provider’s schedules a bit. We did our best to keep your service provider on the day you would normally book. The new hours of operation will be in effect until July 31st. It remains an important value for us to keep Sunday as a day of rest for our employees and their families, but the temporary change in hours was necessary to accommodate, you, the guest, along with providing the necessary separation between other guests.

We are encouraging all guests to download the Haven app, which will allow for a new touchless experience during arriving and checking out. By choosing to enable auto check-in and check-out, you will be able to pay for services as well as set a standard gratuity. Once set, waiting in line (and the close parameters that come with it) will be eliminated. Additional details will be sent this weekend, in a separate communication, on how to enable this feature. If you need any assistance, a guest concierge will be able to assist during your visit.
Please watch for an update regarding some changes you can expect during your first visit. It goes without question that your health, safety, and happiness have been, and always will be, our #1 priority. We look forward to welcoming you back to Haven!
