Amy, born in Chicago (of which we will not hold against her), brings a wealth of corporate experience to Haven. Her previous roles in luxury retail and banking have prepared her for her current passion: personal training. In the mid-90s, she began offering private in-home sessions, specializing in behavior change and weight loss. Upon request, she also provides personal consultations. Amy is married to her soulmate, Josh, and they celebrate their wedding each New Year’s Eve. She thrives in the sunshine and has a deep LOVE for animals.
